Jean Luc Aupoix Executive Principal

Mr. Aupoix has accumulated more than 25 years of international education experience. He holds degrees and diplomas from Western Brittany and Grenoble University (France), Lancaster University (UK) and Cornell (USA). He started his career at St Clare’s College Oxford where he moved up the academic steps while developing expertise in the IB Language B examination system. He eventually became IBO Deputy Chief Examiner for French B. He then worked in different schools around the world (Switzerland, Syria, West and Central Africa) at various management levels. He has rich experience in starting up new schools, implementing IBDP authorization and reinforcing IB continuum.

Wen Yin Dual-Track Principal

Dual-Track High School principal, China World Academy Senior high school mathematics teacher, leader of the mathematics subject in Changshu City, outstanding educator in Suzhou City.
Previously awarded the title of "Excellent Leader in Suzhou Who Relies Wholeheartedly on Faculty and Staff to Run Schools" and the "Third-Class Merit" by the Changshu Municipal People's Government. Formerly served as the principal and secretary of Meili High School in Changshu.

Nan nan Academic Vice Principal(HS)

Ms. Nannan Mu has a BA from Beijing Normal University and MA from Institute of Education, University College London. She has worked as an IBDP Coordinator/Academic Director in IBDP schools in Macau, Shanghai, Wuhan, Tianjin for over 20 years. She is an IB Educator Network (IBEN) member since 2007 as an Examiner, a Workshop Leader, and a School Visitor.

Jerry Math Teacher&DPC(HS)

After graduating from Raffles Institution in Singapore, Jerry was admitted to National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering, followed by a Master's Degree of Mathematics Education from the University of Waterloo in Canada. Jerry has many years of mathematics teaching with experience in IB (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme). He is also an IBDP math examiner with significant experience in marking real examination papers for IB.

Wei Dean of Wellness and Boarding(HS)

Wei holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Shanghai Normal University and a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from University of Vermont. She has rich experience in international management and pastoral care. Before joining CWA, she was a founding member of a boarding program in an international school in Wuxi. Wei also has a high school teaching certificate.

Aaron Ding MS Academic Vice Principal

Mr. Aaron, Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Hong Kong, Middle School CPC branch secretary and Dean of Academics. He has worked in bilingual and international schools for 10 years and has rich experience in English teaching and school management. He was awarded 2012 Shanghai May 4th Medal.
